  • Deposit/ Payment: To hold a room, a $75 per night deposit is required. By booking online (clicking the "Book Room Now" link above), the deposit will be charged automatically via credit card. If your arrival date is 14 days or more in the future of the date of reservation, you may send us a personal check by mail. Another option is to pay via Paypal by clicking the button at the bottom of this page. Reservations and deposits not made online must be made by calling 717-872-7440.

  • Checkin/Checkout times: Check-in: 3-7 pm (very flexible)
    Check-out: 11:00 AM (or by special arrangement)

  • Cancellation: Our small size means cancellations affect us very significantly. Therefore, we are forced to require at least 14 days notice prior to the reserved arrival date in order to provide a refund of deposit or to avoid a charge to your credit card of lodging costs. Minimum charge of $25 to process a refund. No refunds for early departure.

  • All rates are Per Night and each of our Suites is the same rate
  • Rates begin at $99; include complimentary breakfast and ammenities described
  • Rates do not include taxes and are subject to change.
  • Gift Certificates are available upon request.

  • Discounts may apply except on holidays and special weekends:

    • Weekday rate (reduced $20 from weekend rate)
    • Multiple nights stay (one night stay is charged a $29 2-Night-Minimum Waiver Fee)
    • Weekly Rate - FREE additional night after 6 or more consecutive night
    • Pastor, senior, military (if no other discounts apply)
    • BookDirect online coupons (call for code)

    Coronavirus and Guest Safety:

    Due to the 2020 coronavirus pandemic, Blue Rock BnB offers this disclaimer. As always, we will do the best we can to clean and sanitize our facilities, but the responsibility for guests' health remains with the guest. If a guest has identified, or has any reason to believe they may have, a risk of carrying a highly contagious disease or threat to other guests' safety, please do not come. Precautions for distancing from other guests are taken into consideration. Our 3 guest suites are in 3 separate corners of the house, so keeping distance from other guests is not a problem. One even has its own private entrance from the outside. However, common areas are the living room and dining room on the first floor. Common areas are available to all guests at their own individual comfort level with exposure risk to other guest. Normally, we serve complimentary, family style breakfast in our common area. If eating breakfast with other guests is a concern, please let us know at reservation time. Guests can opt out of breakfast if they wish. For guests requiring distancing from other guests at breakfast, depending on circumstances, please understand we may not be able to provide the same fully home-cooked breakfast service, but will do the best we can.
